Halal Friendly Singapore Holidays
Ok, we’ll admit it. We are biased. Singapore is our favourite place in the world, but with good reason. Whatever you’re looking for, Singapore has something to offer all ages, interests and wallet sizes, with pockets of natural beauty that soothe the soul and are a lovely escape from this fast-paced, high-rise metropolis.
If you only have a day to explore Singapore, the world-famous Orchard Road is a must do. Almost next door are the Arab, Indian and Malay quarters, where you’ll find old favourites like couscous and chicken curry but also Singaporean specialities like Roti John and Chilli Crab. To eat like a real Singaporean, head to the Maxwell Centre Hawker stalls where you can feed your family for a fiver on the freshest, tastiest fare around (yippee, most of it is halal too). Once you’ve filled your tummy, stroll over to Chinatown or Bugis Market, a great place to pick up bargains and hone your bartering skills. No visit would be complete without visiting Marina Bay to have a look at the Merlion, Singapore’s famous mascot.
If you still have energy at the end of the day, the Night Safari at Singapore Zoo is well worth a visit, and if you’re eagle-eyed enough you may spot a giraffe, hippo or tiger. We at Serendipity love Singapore and we want you to love it too. Call or email us and we’ll tailor make the perfect break to Your Singapore. |
